We are a real estate investment company based out of Northeast Ohio. We currently own over 600 rental units in the state of Ohio and are in the process of acquiring more. We began our acquisitions in Berea, Ohio and have expanded throughout the northeast Ohio area, going from 50 rental units at the end of 2018 to over 600 as we start of 2020.
