Today their team focuses on searching for on- and off-market multifamily real estate assets. They have been partnering with investors who want to have a passive involvement in real estate investing without getting their hands dirty. The Petrick Property Group team will handle the entire process from marketing, contracting, rehabbing, leasing, remodeling, refinancing, and tenant management. They allow their partners to be investors instead of landlords.

To date, Petrick Property Group has approximately 600 rental units in the states of Ohio and Florida and are looking to add an additional 900+ units in the near future.
